I meet SLATER!!!! ok ok i know his real name is Mario Lopez but he will forever in my mind be the cute mullet luvin AC Slater. I had such a crush on him!! (the real life Mario however is much smaller than my 60 inch TV makes him seem. hmm....oh well)So we decided to go to Faria this weekend with some friends to surf and hang out and who should be there??!!? Oakley was hosting a "celebrity learn to surf day". It was really cool. The only "celebrity" we meet was Mario but we were told that kristen stewart and Adrian brody were there also.Very cool.
Paul got on a surf board for the first time since jr high and said it was just like riding a bike. I was really impressed. he did really good.
Jackson did great just hangin out watching the kids run around crazy. He did play in the sand but wasn't too excited about that. Whitney and Adam blast playing with their friends Avie and Lucy. Paul took them out on a boogie board for the first time. Lets just say Adam had fun.....Whitney not so much.
It was a great Saturday. I love living so close to the ocean and can't wait to get on a board myself.
